YANLING Industrial Edge AI ArchitectureSensors / Cameras / Machines Industrial I/O / Multi-LAN / WiFi / 4G / 5G Intel Industrial Edge Computer Local Processing / AI Inference / Data Filtering DDR5 / M.2 NVMe Local Storage Factory Network / Cloud / Remote Platform This architecture allows data to be collected, processed and filtered close to the equipment before selected information is transferred to higher-level systems. |
YANLING supports scalable Intel platforms, including N100/N150, Intel Core i3/i5/i7, 12th–14th Gen Intel platforms and selected Core Ultra processors.
Lower-power N100/N150 platforms can be used for compact edge gateways and network-oriented workloads, while Core and Core Ultra platforms provide higher processing capability for more demanding industrial edge and AI workloads.
Modern edge workloads require more than CPU performance. Applicable YANLING platforms combine DDR5 memory, M.2 NVMe storage and multi-LAN connectivity for local data processing and high-speed communication.
Selected systems provide Intel I226-V 2.5GbE, while specialized platforms extend to 4-LAN, 6-LAN and 10GbE SFP+ networking. This allows an industrial edge PC to communicate with machines, cameras, factory networks and gateways through different network interfaces.
Edge devices often need direct connections to field equipment. Depending on the model, YANLING industrial edge computers can integrate RS232, RS485, multi-COM, GPIO, CAN, USB, LAN, WiFi, 4G and 5G.
This enables one industrial computing platform to collect data from equipment, process it locally and communicate with factory or remote systems without relying on multiple external interface devices.
YANLING's current 12th Gen Intel Core fanless Mini PC uses i5-1235U / i7-1255U processors, with 10 cores / 12 threads and up to 4.7GHz turbo.
The published configuration includes DDR5 up to 32GB, triple Intel LAN with 2× Gigabit i210-AT and 1× 2.5GbE i226-LM, two M.2 2280 interfaces, 2.5-inch SATA, RAID 0/1, Mini PCIe 4G, WiFi 6, GPIO 4-in/4-out and SIM support. It also supports DC 9V–36V input and -20°C to +60°C operating temperature on the specified configuration.
Selected YANLING industrial edge computers use fanless passive aluminum cooling, providing a compact architecture without mechanical cooling fans. This can be valuable for space-constrained industrial installations.
Selected platforms also support wide-voltage DC input, including 9V–36V configurations, while the exact voltage range remains model-specific. Thermal, power and workload requirements should therefore be evaluated together when selecting an industrial edge PC.
YANLING matches the AI workload, processor, memory, storage, I/O, LAN, wireless connectivity, power input and thermal requirements to the actual deployment environment.
From compact N100/N150 edge gateways to Core i7 and Core Ultra industrial edge platforms, YANLING provides configurable computing architectures for AIoT, machine vision, smart factory, industrial automation, network security and real-time monitoring.
